Who we are

Trinityae L.L.C-FZ

Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.
Trade licence 2533098.01

Trinityae L.L.C-FZ operates the website trinityseo.ae ("the Site") and provides SEO services to businesses in Dubai and the wider UAE.

What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it through forms on the Site:

  • Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), service interest and message content.
  • Free SEO audit form: website URL, email address and any additional fields on the audit request form.

We do not currently use analytics cookies or tracking pixels on the Site. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated before they are activated.

Our web server may automatically log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, referring URL and timestamp) as part of normal hosting operations. We do not use this data to identify individuals.

How we use your data

We use the data you submit to:

  • Respond to your enquiry or audit request
  • Prepare and deliver SEO audit findings
  • Follow up on service discussions you initiated
  • Maintain records of business communications

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Form processing: Web3Forms

Form submissions on the Site are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form backend service. When you submit a form, your data is transmitted to Web3Forms and forwarded to our email inbox at info@trinityseo.ae.

Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy. Form data is transmitted over HTTPS.

We do not store form submissions in a database on the Site itself. Data exists in our email system and any CRM or file storage we use to manage client enquiries.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and applicable Dubai regulations, on the basis of:

  • Consent: you voluntarily submit a form requesting contact or an audit, or you allow analytics cookies via the cookie banner.
  • Legitimate interest, responding to business enquiries and maintaining commercial records.
  • Contractual necessity, where processing is required to deliver services you have engaged us for.

Data retention

Enquiry and audit data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your request and maintain business records: typically up to three years from last contact, unless a longer period is required for contractual or legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your rights below).

Data sharing

We may share your data with:

  • Web3Forms, form submission processing (as described above).
  • Google Analytics: website analytics, only if you have given analytics consent.
  • Email provider, delivery and storage of enquiry emails.
  • Professional advisers: lawyers or accountants, only when necessary and under confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities, when required by UAE law or valid legal process.

We do not transfer personal data outside the UAE except where necessary for email or form processing infrastructure, and only with appropriate safeguards.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies in two categories:

  • Essential: required for security, load balancing and remembering your cookie preference (stored in your browser's local storage). These run without optional consent.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-6ZMD8HZHP2) loads only if you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner. Analytics may collect approximate location, device/browser information and pages viewed. IP anonymisation is enabled.

You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the site footer, or the cookie button in the corner of the page. Withdrawing analytics consent stops new analytics cookies; previously set cookies may remain until they expire or you clear them in your browser.

Google may process analytics data outside the UAE. Transfers rely on Google's contractual safeguards. See Google's privacy policy for details.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based

To exercise any of these rights, email info@trinityseo.ae. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

The Site and our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration or destruction. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
